{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-210.780","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 210.780","heading":"Duties of Hart-Supported Living Council.","body":"(1) The Hart -Supported Living Council shall be responsible for making\nrecommendations to the cabinet for:\n(a) A budget and priorities for fund allocations for supported living services for\npersons with disabilities within the Commonwealth;\n(b) Standards for qu ality assurance for persons with a disability who receive\nsupported living services in accordance with KRS 210.770 to 210.795; and\n(c) The procedure for annual review and approval of and funding\nrecommendations for individual plans for Hart -Supported Livin g Program\ngrants submitted by any person with a disability, and for the amendment of\nindividual plans during a fiscal year.\n(2) The Hart-Supported Living Council shall be responsible for:\n(a) Disseminating information about Hart -Supported Living Program gr ants\navailable under KRS 210.770 to 210.795;\n(b) Hearing grievances and providing due process for consumers and providers of\nsupported living services;\n(c) Monitoring the overall effectiveness and quality of the program; and\n(d) Developing recommendations for improvements.\n(3) The Hart -Supported Living Council may recommend necessary administrative\nregulations under KRS Chapter 13A to carry out the purposes of KRS 210.770 to\n210.795.","path":["KRS Chapter 210"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44643","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:11Z","sha256":"79c41e07e4aa12c47e0dc2c853726e7152f36822a0c3bd35b6a9acc0509b60a4","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-210.775","next":"us-ky/krs-210.785"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
