{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-211.220","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 211.220","heading":"Powers of cabinet personnel in the conduct of investigations -- Subpoenas,","body":"process.\nFor the purposes of enforcing the public health laws of the Commonwealth, investigators,\ninspectors, officers, representatives, and agents of the cabinet may enter upo n any\npremises when necessary for the purpose of making inspections and investigations, and\nmay view evidence and interrogate persons, to the extent required in the performance of\ntheir duties and responsibilities. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health a nd Family\nServices may issue subpoenas, subpoenas duces tecum, and all necessary process in\nproceedings brought before or initiated by the cabinet, and such process shall extend to all\nparts of the Commonwealth. Service of process may be made by certified mail, return\nreceipt requested, or in the manner prescribed by the Rules of Civil Procedure.
