{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-211.335","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 211.335","heading":"Administrative regulations to define \"temporarily located\" in glossary of","body":"telehealth terminology.\n(1) Within thirty (30) days of July 14, 2022, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services\nshall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to\nadd a definition of \"temporarily located\" to the glossary of telehealth terminology\nrequired under KRS 211.334. The definition shall establish the parameters of being\ntemporarily located inside or outside of Kentucky for the purp ose of delivering\ntelehealth services to a person under KRS 211.336(2)(i) and (j).\n(2) In order to comply with the deadline for the promulgation of administrative\nregulations required under subsection (1) of this section, the cabinet may\npromulgate emergency administrative regulations in accordance with KRS 13A.190.","path":["KRS Chapter 211"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=52664","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:12Z","sha256":"9706007542f614c9e22116651e68748da359826b0a06a05911e248c3a9bd1de5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-211.334","next":"us-ky/krs-211.336"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
