The program shall consist of the following elements:\n(1) The development of policies, in conjunction with the Energy and Environment\nCabinet, for testing private water supplies and using relevant information in a\ngroundwater database;\n(2) The development of a data collectio n system, in conjunction with the Energy and\nEnvironment Cabinet, which shall contain the results of water sample tests and\ninformation on well location sufficient to locate the wells on an official map;\n(3) The development of a private water supply user's  manual to be made available to\nthe public; and\n(4) The development of a technical assistance program for private water supply users.","path":["KRS Chapter 211"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=8384","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:12Z","sha256":"41246eb11b564cd77fdb6f0196fb06a51ddf20e2be187f487777558828e3fdd6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-211.343","next":"us-ky/krs-211.350"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
