The cabinet shall have access  to client records,\nrequests for services, and reports relating to any rape crisis center for the limited purpose\nof monitoring the center, and the cabinet shall promulgate an administrative regulation in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13A that will set forth the process by which access to these\ndocuments will be gained, the nature of the monitoring that will take place, and the\nmeasures to be used to ensure confidentiality of the people identified in the records.","path":["KRS Chapter 211"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=8443","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:13Z","sha256":"77a5b498ae50e5ac72a54a4a8981b5a069ee5295d8fb76afe3027c463dc1b90b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-211.604","next":"us-ky/krs-211.610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
