{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-211.848","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 211.848","heading":"Fees and charges for registration and licensing -- Disposition.","body":"(1) The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall fix a reasonable\nschedule of fees and charges, by regulation, to be paid by applicants for registration\nof radiation-producing machines and radioactive material licenses and for renewal\nof the certificates and licenses. The secretary shall also prescribe, by regulation, a\nreasonable schedule of fees to be paid by registrants and licensees for inspections\nand environmental surveillance activities conducted by the cabinet.\n(2) All fees and charges collected by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services under\nthe provisions of KRS 211.842 to 211.852 or the administrative regulations adopted\npursuant to KRS 211.844 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust\nand agency fund to be  used by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in\ncarrying out the provisions of KRS 211.842 to 211.852.","path":["KRS Chapter 211"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=8490","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:14Z","sha256":"e3818adc34a268699ac6e0e9f0cb8890e19bddec2616df2492bb7a5fccf4b590","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-211.846","next":"us-ky/krs-211.850"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
