{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.110","heading":"Certification of election results.","body":"The result of any county election for the creation, establishment and maintenance of a\ncounty department of health shall be certified to the fiscal court of the county in which the\ndepartment is to be created, established and maintained. The fiscal court s hall, if the\nresult of the election is certified as in favor of the department, forthwith proceed to\ndeclare the county a county department of health, and shall proceed to put the department\nof health into effect in the same manner as they are authorized t o do upon their own\ninitiative.
