{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.530","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.530","heading":"Transfer of funds of former health agencies.","body":"Immediately following the qualification of the members and the organization of the board\nand the election of the director of health as herein provided for, the city, county, and\nboard of tuberculosis hospital shall each turn over to the board for its sole use and benefit\nunder KRS 212.350 to 212.620 all unexpended and unencumbered taxes and moneys\nwhich have been collected under any levy, budget or appropriation previously thereto\nmade for the respective health departments of the city and the county and the  board of\ntuberculosis hospital; and thereafter the said city and county shall likewise pay over to\nsaid board all moneys which may be collected by said city and county on tax levies made\nand set up in their respective budgets or appropriations for said ci ty health department,\ncounty health department and board of tuberculosis hospital prior to such time as said\nboard is organized and takes over its duties as in KRS 212.350 to 212.620 provided for.","path":["KRS Chapter 212"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=8636","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:16Z","sha256":"911a1b7a21981f32fef37157550766dcfe0c4e197cf420290b728e517013ecf8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-212.520","next":"us-ky/krs-212.540"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
