{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.590","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.590","heading":"Power of condemnation.","body":"The board shall have the power, by resolution reciting the need therefor and purpose\nthereof, to condemn real property located anywhere within such county. Eminent domain\nproceedings shall be conducted in the name of the board by the department of law of such\ncity. The head of the department of law of such city or his assistant shall be the legal\nrepresentative of the board in all matters and shall serve in that capacity without\ncompensation from the board.
