{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.625","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.625","heading":"Animal shelter for animals.","body":"Each city-county board of health created by KRS 212.350 shall establish, maintain, and\noperate an animal shelter for animals in which, except as otherwise provided by law, shall\nbe impounded all stray, vicious, or diseased animals taken up or collected in the county,\nwhether in incorporated or unincorporated areas, by any public officer or authority or by\nany other person. Each board shall, throughout the county, including all municipalities\nwithin the county, enforce all statutes, ordinances of cities, ord ers or resolutions of the\nfiscal court of the county, and regulations of the board or any other governmental body or\nagency authorized to promulgate regulations, relating to the taking up, collection, and\nimpounding of stray, vicious, or diseased animals.
