{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.720","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.720","heading":"Creation of public health taxing districts.","body":"Public health taxing districts created pursuant to this section prior to July 13, 1984, shall\nconstitute and be a taxing district within the meaning of Section 157 of the Constitution\nof Kentucky. The members of the county or city-county board of health shall, by virtue of\ntheir office, constitute and be the governing body of the public health taxing district and\nshall perform the duties attendant thereto in addition to their duties as members of the\ncounty or city-county board of health.
