{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-212.788","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 212.788","heading":"Quorum -- Officers -- Compensation -- Meetings.","body":"(1) The majority of all members of an independent district board of health shall\nconstitute a quorum. The board shall elect a chairman and vice chairman and other\nofficers as deemed necessary. The chairman and vice chairman shall serve for one\n(1) year terms. The independent district board of health may elect an executive\ncommittee for the conduct of such business and the discharge of such duties as the\nboard may delegate.\n(2) Members of an independent district board of health shall serve without pay but may\nbe reimbursed for expenses incurred in connection with such service.\n(3) The board may create committees it deems necessary, adopt any rules and\nregulations for the conduct of business and for carrying out the provisions of KRS\n212.780 to 212.794. The board shall keep a record of all resolutions, transactions,\nfindings and determinations, which shall be public records.
