To expeditiously and economically\ndevelop, produce, and distribute the instructiona l material required under this\nsection, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall consult with the\nprofessional associations of professions to determine whether suitable instructional\nmaterials already exist that may be lawfully reproduced or reprinted.\n(2) Information on the human immunodeficiency virus infection shall be presented to\nany person who receives treatment at any hospital, however named, skilled -nursing\nfacilities, primary-care centers, rural health clinics, outpatient clinics, ambulator y-\ncare facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, and emergency -care centers licensed\npursuant to KRS Chapter 216B.
