{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216.525","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216.525","heading":"Cabinet's duties.","body":"For the purpose of supplementing, monitoring and enforcing the rights of residents in\nlong-term care facilities, the cabinet shall take the following actions:\n(1) The cabinet shall design and distribute posters to all long -term care facilities which\nclearly detail how the resident and his responsible family member or his guardian or\na visitor may make a written or oral complaint, anonymously if they so choose, to\nthe cabinet in regard to the quality of care given by a particular facility.
