All inspections of long -term care facilities shall be conducted in\naccordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the cabinet in accordance\nwith KRS Chapter 13A setting forth the parameters of such inspections. Except for\ncomplaint investigations, and except for assisted li ving communities, personal care\nhomes, and specialized personal care homes, inspections shall be performed no later\nthan seven (7) to fifteen (15) months after the previous inspection.\n(2) A person having knowledge of or conducting inspections of long-term care facilities\nshall not, with intent to violate subsection (1) of this section, notify or cause notice\nto be made to an owner, operator, licensee, or representative of a licensee of any\nscheduled or contemplated inspection.
