{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216.543","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216.543","heading":"Posting requirements.","body":"(1) Every long -term care facility shall post in a conspicuous place, accessible to\nresidents, employees and visitors the following:\n(a) A copy of the long-term care facility's current license;\n(b) The name, address, and current telephone number of the current long-term\ncare ombudsman in the cabinet;\n(c) A copy of the statement required by subsection (1) of KRS 216.545; and\n(d) A list of the material available for public inspection required by KRS 216.547.\n(2) Every long-term care facility shall post within ten (10) feet of the front reception\ndesk and in a prominent place easily seen by residents, employees, and visitors a\nprinted sign at least eight (8) inches by eleven (11) inches in size, with letters at\nleast one (1) inch high, that states: \"State law (KRS 2 16.547) requires state\ninspection reports on this facility to be made available to you upon request.
