{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216.567","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216.567","heading":"Manner of appeal -- Decision of hearing officer to be final order of cabinet","body":"-- Judicial review.\n(1) The manner in which appeals are presented from any decision on ratings, citations,\nor penalties pursuant to KRS 216.537 to 216.590 shall be  in accordance with KRS\nChapter 13B.\n(2) The Office of Administrative Hearings within the Department of Law shall appoint\none (1) or more impartial hearing officers to hear and decide upon appealed\ndecisions and notices of transfer or discharge.
