{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216a.010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216A.010","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Long -term Care\nAdministrators established in KRS 216A.040;\n(2) \"Cabinet\" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services;\n(3) \"Long-term care administrator\" means any individual responsible for planning,\norganizing, directing, and controlling the operation of a licensed long -term care\nfacility, or who in fact performs those functions, whether or not those functions are\nshared by one (1) or more other persons;\n(4) \"Long-term care facility\" means a health car e facility which is defined by the\ncabinet to be an intermediate care facility, skilled-nursing facility, nursing facility in\naccordance with Pub. L.
