{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216b.010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216B.010","heading":"Legislative findings and purposes.","body":"The General Assembly finds that the licensure of health facilities and health services is a\nmeans to insure that the citizens of this Commonwealth will have safe, adequate, and\nefficient medical care; that the proliferation of unnecessary health -care facilities, health\nservices, and major medical equipment results in costly duplication and underuse of such\nfacilities, services, and equipment; and that such proliferation increases the cost of quality\nhealth care within the Commonwealth.
