{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216b.035","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216B.035","heading":"Administrative staff assistance -- Records -- Oaths.","body":"(1) The cabinet shall hire any administrative staff required by the cabinet to carry out its\nduties and functions under the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) The secretary shall keep a full and true record of all the proceedings of the cabinet,\nof all books and papers ordered filed by the cabinet, and of all exemptions and\ncertificates of need issued by the cabinet in paper or electronic form, and shall be\nresponsible to it for the safe custody and preservation of all documents in its\npossession.
