{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216b.180","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216B.180","heading":"Certificate of need not required for respite -service beds in intermediate -","body":"care facility for individuals with an intellectual disability.\nNotwithstanding any other provisions contained in this chapter, a certificate of need shall\nnot be required for  an existing intermediate -care facility for individuals with an\nintellectual disability (ICF/ID) to add beds which shall be dedicated to providing respite\nservices to individuals with an ICF/ID level of care for no more than thirty (30) days. The\nestablishment of ICF/ID respite beds shall be limited to three (3) beds per fifty (50)\nICF/ID beds in a facility and shall not be eligible for Medicaid certification.
