{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-216b.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 216B.210","heading":"Complaint portal.","body":"(1) The  cabinet shall develop a complaint portal on its Web  site for patients,\npharmacy,  nursing, and  medical professionals, and  the public to submit\ninformation about potential violations of the Kentucky Abortion-Inducing Drug\nCertification Program.\n(2) The portal shall list the names of pharmacies, manufacturers, and distributors\nthat are certified under the program and the physicians registered by the\ncabinet as nonsurgical abortion providers.\n(3) An individual shall be allowed to make a complaint anonymously on the portal.\n(4) The cabinet shall review each complaint and determine a disposition, including\nreferral to another state department, within thirty (30) days.\n(5) Confidentiality of the originator of the complaint shall be protected at all times\nexcept for intrastate referrals for investigation.","path":["KRS Chapter 216B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=52231","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:23Z","sha256":"b15320fa1eead7a29b10557f77d491fda5bbd1dd3dd2c5d165631a49a3ef5dd8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-216b.208","next":"us-ky/krs-216b.230"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
