{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.138","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.138","heading":"Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service to administer home -based","body":"microprocessor program -- Certification by cabinet.\n(1) The Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service shall develop, implement, and\nadminister a program to train home -based microprocessors o r personnel in\ncompliance with 21 C.F.R. sec. 114.10.\n(2) The cabinet shall evaluate and certify home -based microprocessors or personnel\nwho have completed the pilot microprocessing program or the microprocessing\nprogram.\n(3) The cabinet shall by June 30, 2003:\n(a) Establish certification terms, conditions, and length of time the certification is\nvalid;\n(b) Establish terms, conditions, and standards for recertification;\n(c) Establish fees for certification and recertification; and\n(d) Develop a certification document.\n(4) The cabinet and the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service shall by June 30,\n2003:\n(a) Develop an examination document;\n(b) Establish examination subject matter;\n(c) Establish criteria for program completion; and\n(d) Establish fees for the pilot microprocessing program and the microprocessing\nprogram.\n(5) The certification document shall be made in triplicate, with one (1) copy given to\nthe home-based microprocessor or personnel, one (1) copy given to the Kentucky\nCooperative Extension Service, and one (1) copy given to the cabinet.\n(6) Upon completion of the program, home -based microprocessors and personnel shall\nbe deemed to be certified and to have met the training requirements pursuant to 21\nC.F.R. sec. 114.10.","path":["KRS Chapter 217"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=9297","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:25Z","sha256":"4c882e4c4e9695749b5f35589290fbd0fa0b0137dfadc04ef9597fcd668117c1","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-217.137","next":"us-ky/krs-217.139"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
