{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.139","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.139","heading":"Pilot microprocessing program.","body":"(1) The Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service shall establish and administer a pilot\nmicroprocessing program to train home -based microprocessors and personnel for\nsupervising or giving instruction in food -handling techniques, food -protection\nprinciples, personal hygiene and plant sanitation practices, pH controls, and critical\nfactors in acidification.\n(2) The pilot microprocessing program shall be established by August 1, 2003, and\nimplemented no later than September 1, 2003.
