{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.165","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.165","heading":"Publication of reports and information.","body":"(1) The cabinet may cause to be published from time to time reports summarizing all\njudgments, decrees, and court orders which have been rendered under KRS 217.005\nto 217.215, including the nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.\n(2) The cabinet may  also cause to be disseminated such information regarding food,\ndrugs, devices, and cosmetics as the cabinet deems necessary in the interest of\npublic health and the protection of the consumer against fraud.
