{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.290","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.290","heading":"Buildings and equipment to be kept clean, healthful and sanitary --","body":"Protection from contamination -- Removal of waste.\nThe floors, side walls, ceilings, furniture, receptacles, implements and machinery of every\nestablishment or place where food intended for sale is produced, prepared, manufactured,\npacked, stored, sold or distributed, and all vehicles used in the transportation of such\nfood, shall not be kept or permitted to remain in an unclean, unhealthy or unsanitary\ncondition.
