The toilet rooms shall be separate and apart from any room\nwhere the process of preparation, manufacture, packing, storing, selling or distribu ting is\nconducted. The floors of the toilet rooms shall be of cement, tile, wood, brick or other\nnonabsorbent material, and shall be washed and scoured daily. Each toilet shall be\nfurnished with separate ventilating flues and pipes discharging into soil pi pes, or shall be\noutside of and well removed from the building.
