{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.574","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.574","heading":"Experimental use permits.","body":"Upon authorization of the state by the administrator of EPA to issue experimental use\npermits, the department may:\n(1) Issue an experimental use permit to any person applying for such permit if the\napplicant needs such permit in order to accumulate inform ation to register a\npesticide.
