{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217.620","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217.620","heading":"Seizure of pesticide.","body":"Any lot of pesticide not in compliance with the provisions of KRS 217.542 to 217.630\nshall be subject to seizure on complaint of the department to a court of competent\njurisdiction in the county in which said pesticide is located.
