The nonequivalent drug product\nformulary sh all list all drugs, drug products, and dosage formulations that the\nUnited States Food and Drug Administration has determined to be therapeutically\nnonequivalent.\n(2) The board shall provide for annual distribution of copies of such formulary and\nrevisions and additions thereto among pharmacies licensed within the\nCommonwealth and shall supply a copy to any person on request upon payment of\nthe price established by the board.
