{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217b.187","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217B.187","heading":"Registration of dealer's trainees -- Application -- Fee -- Period","body":"registration valid.\n(1) The department shall establish and administer a program to register trainees.\n(2) A dealer shall not employ a trainee to apply pesticides manually or a s the applicator\ndirectly in charge of any equipment that is licensed or should be licensed under the\nprovisions of this chapter for the application of any pesticide without registering the\ntrainee with the department. It shall be unlawful for any person t o act as a trainee\nwithout being registered.\n(3) Application for a trainee registration shall be in the form and shall contain the\ninformation prescribed by the department.
