{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217b.545","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217B.545","heading":"Suspension, revocation, or modification of applicator's or manager'sany","body":"license issued under KRS 217B.515 to 217B.520 --  -- Procedure -- Waiting\nperiod for eligibility for reapplication.\n(1) The department may issue a notice of its intent t o suspend, revoke, or modify the\nprovision of any license issued under KRS 217B.515 to 217B.520 if it finds that the\nlicensee has committed any of the acts set forth in KRS 217B.550.\n(2) The license holder shall have ten (10) days upon the receipt of a not ice of intent to\nsuspend, revoke, or modify a license to request a hearing. The hearing shall be\nconducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.\n(3) If a hearing is not requested as provided for in subsection (2) of this section, the\ndepartment may suspend, revoke, or modify the license once the ten (10) day\nhearing request filing period has passed.\n(4) Any person whose license is revoked under the provisions of this section shall not\nbe eligible to apply for a new license until time has elapsed from the date  of the\nfinal order revoking the license as established by the department, not to exceed two\n(2) years, or if an appeal is taken from the final order or revocation, not to exceed\ntwo (2) years from the date of the final order or final judgment sustaining t he\nrevocation.","path":["KRS Chapter 217B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51130","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:28Z","sha256":"e45a8c4ba9526431112f46a8c524ebb4e61223f024c84fda3ad815cfee99c3d7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-217b.540","next":"us-ky/krs-217b.550"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
