{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-217b.585","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 217B.585","heading":"Actions for enforcement.","body":"It shall be the duty of the department, or upon the request of the Commissioner of\nAgriculture, of the Attorney General to bring an action for the recovery of the penalties\nprovided for in KRS 217B.990, and to bring an action for an injunction against any\nperson violating or threatening to violate any provision of this chapter or violating or\nthreatening to violate any administrative regulation, order, or determination of the\ndepartment promulgated pursuant thereto.
