{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-218a.1411","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 218A.1411","heading":"Trafficking in controlled substance in or near school -- Exception for","body":"misdemeanor salvia offenses -- Penalty.\n(1) Any person who unlawfully traffics in a controlled substance classified in Schedules\nI, II, III, IV or V, or a controlled substance an alogue in any building used primarily\nfor classroom instruction in a school or on any premises located within one\nthousand (1,000) feet of any school building used primarily for classroom\ninstruction shall be guilty of a Class D felony, unless a more sever e penalty is set\nforth in this chapter, in which case the higher penalty shall apply.
