{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-218a.290","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 218A.290","heading":"Administrative fines.","body":"Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, civil or criminal, any state\nlicensing board may impose a fine not to exceed $500 on any practitioner, pharmacist,\nmanufacturer, or wholesaler whom it licenses for any violation of this chapter.
