{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-219.360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 219.360","heading":"Issuance of construction permit -- Refusal of application -- Resubmission --","body":"Changes in plan or facilities -- Application of local building codes and zoning\nlaws.\n(1) The cabinet may issue a permit to construct upon receipt of an application for a\npermit to construct a new community or alter an existing community.\n(2) If the application is refused, the cabinet shall give the reasons therefor in writing to\nthe applicant; and if the objections can be corrected the applicant may resubmit his\nor her application for approval.\n(3) Each person issued a permit to construct a new community or alter an existing\ncommunity, upon completion and prior to occupancy, shall make application for a\npermit to operate.\n(4) No change in sanitary facilities, including the wat er supply, sanitary sewer, waste\ndisposal system, sanitary station, watering station, or service building, and no\nchange in the plan of any existing community or in any proposed community for\nwhich a permit to construct has been issued, shall be made witho ut having first\nobtained a construction permit therefor except that a change from a private water\nsupply or private sewage disposal system to a public water supply or public sewage\nsystem shall not require a construction permit. The application shall be ma de in the\nmanner prescribed for an original application.
