{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-21a.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 21A.130","heading":"Board of Bar Examiners -- Compensation and expenses.","body":"(1) To assist in the evaluation of applicants for admission to the practice of law, the\nSupreme Court may appoint a Board of Bar Examiners.\n(2) The Supreme Court shall make reasonable allowances to each member of the Board\nof Bar Examiners for his services, fo r necessary clerical assistance and  for\nnecessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties, such allowances to be\npaid at such times as the court directs.  The court may make allowances to other\npersons for services and expenses necessary or pro per in connection with the\nconducting of examinations of applicants for admission to practice law.
