{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.050","heading":"Contents of petition.","body":"The petition shall contain:\n(1) The proposed name of the district, which shall be \"Sanitation District No. .... of ....\nCounty (or Counties), Kentucky.\"\n(2) The necessity for the proposed work and that it will be conducive to the public\nhealth, safety, comfort, convenience or welfare.\n(3) A general description of the purpose of the contemplated improvement, and of the\nterritory to be included in the proposed district. The description need not be given\nby metes and bounds or by legal subdivision but it shall be sufficient if a reasonably\naccurate description is given of the territory to be organized as a district. The\nterritory may include one (1) or more political subdivisions or portions thereof, and,\nexcept as otherwise provided by KRS 220.010 to 220.530, shall not be included\nwholly wit hin the limits of a single municipality.
