{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.060","heading":"Defects in petition may be corrected -- Joint petitions.","body":"No petition with the requisite number of valid signatures shall be declared void on\naccount of alleged defects, but the commissioner may at any time permit the petition to be\namended in form and substance to conform to the facts, by correcting any errors i n the\ndescription of the territory or in any other particular, but shall not add or deduct area\nexcept as provided in KRS 220.080. Several similar petitions or duplicate copies of the\nsame petition for the organization of the same district may be filed and  shall together be\nregarded as one (1) petition.
