{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.150","heading":"Oath and bond of directors.","body":"(1) Each director, before entering upon his official duties, shall take and subscribe to an\noath that he will honestly, faithfully and impartially perform the duties of his office,\nand that he will not be interested in any contract let for the purpose of carry ing out\nany of the provisions of KRS 220.010 to 220.520.
