If the Energy and Environment Cabinet refers the plan\nback for amendment, the board of directors shall prepare and submit an amended plan. If\nthe Energy and Environment Cabinet rejects the plan, the board of directors shall proceed\nas provided in KRS 220.220 to prepare another plan.
