{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.310","heading":"Condemnation.","body":"The board of directors may, by resolution reciting the need, order the condemnation for\nthe district of any real property or interest therein that may, in the opinion of the board, be\nnecessary for the proposed construction of any structure authorized by K RS 220.010 to\n220.520, and any property taken for a public use may again be taken by the district if\nnecessary. Proceedings for condemnation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in\nthe Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
