{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.330","heading":"Removal or adjustment of obstructions.","body":"Any person or public corporation having buildings, structures, works, conduits, mains,\npipes, tracks or other physical obstructions in, over or upon the public streets, lanes,\nalleys or highways that interfere with or impede the progress of construction, maintenance\nor repair of the works of the district shall, upon reasonable notice from the board of\ndirectors, promptly shift, adjust, accommodate or remove the obstruction to meet the\nexigencies occasioning such action. Upon failure of any person or public corporation to\nmake such changes the board may do so.
