{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.420","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.420","heading":"Bondholders' lien -- Enforcement.","body":"There shall be a statutory mortgage lien upon all property of the sanitation district in\nfavor of the holders of the bonds and coupons, to secure payment of the bonds and\ncoupons. The sanitary works constructed or acquired by the board of directors, togeth er\nwith any extensions and appurtenances thereto, shall remain subject to the lien until the\npayment in full of the principal and interest of the bonds. Any holder of the bonds or\ncoupons may by proper proceedings protect and enforce the lien, and may by p roper\nproceedings, including mandamus, compel the performance of all duties required by KRS\n220.010 to 220.520, including the making and collection of sufficient rates, the\nsegregation of the income and revenue and the application thereof.
