{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.555","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.555","heading":"Engineering survey of construction subdistrict -- Assessment of benefits --","body":"Notice.\n(1) The district board shall, before entering upon any construction work in any\nconstruction subdistrict or any contracts therefor, have an engineering survey made\nof the territory within the construction subdistrict and report to the district board as\nto plans for sewer or drainage construction or both and as to the estimated cost\nthereof, with recommendations as to whether or not such construction is technically\nand economically feasible.\n(2) The district shall add to the engineering report a classification of benefit to property\nto permit assessment of real estate pursuant to KRS 220.571, 220.575, 220.583 and\n220.585 if the district seeks to finance construction under one of those sections.
