{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.607","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.607","heading":"Winding up of construction subdistrict affairs, when, effect.","body":"The district shall wind up the affairs of a construction subdistrict and incorporate it into\nthe district area only when:\n(1) The board finds that such action would best serve the policy of KRS 220.010 to\n220.540.\n(2) There is not outstanding any bonds i ssued pursuant to KRS 220.611(2) if the\nproceeds of such bond issue have been used, are being used, or will be used to\nconstruct trunk, main, or intercepting sewers which, directly or indirectly, connect\nthe construction subdistrict to either the district facilities or to a treatment plant,\ndisposal plant, or outlet sewer also serving, directly or indirectly, another\nconstruction subdistrict.\n(3) The construction subdistrict has no outstanding obligations.\n(4) The construction subdistrict has paid for its  equitably allocable share of the capital\ncosts of, and is connected to, directly or indirectly either:\n(a) The district facilities; or\n(b) A treatment plant, disposal plant, or outfall sewer and any trunk, main or\nintercepting sewers built to connect at least two (2) construction subdistricts to\nsuch treatment or disposal plant, or outfall sewer.","path":["KRS Chapter 220"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=9862","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:33Z","sha256":"fa48b5f543fb739fb01fae3b2481ec3c4eb43e4124f47f0526a538cdb6310cf6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-220.605","next":"us-ky/krs-220.610"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
