{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-220.611","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 220.611","heading":"Bonds of several construction subdistricts -- Purposes, effect.","body":"(1) The district may issue for one (1) or more construction subdistricts bonds to finance\nconstruction of trunk, main, connecting sewers and any other facilities necessary to\nwhich, directly or indirectly, connect one (1) or more of such construction\nsubdistricts to either the district facilities or to a treatment plant, disposal plant, or\noutfall sewer which also serves, directly or indirectly, at least one (1) other\nconstruction subdistrict. Such bonds may also be used to finance construction of a\ntreatment p lant, disposal plant, or outfall sewer of the type described in the\npreceding sentence.\n(2) Bonds issued pursuant to subsection (1) shall be construction subdistrict obligations\nfor all construction subdistricts for which they are issued.\n(3) Except as pro vided in this section, bonds authorized by subsection (1) shall be\ngoverned by KRS 220.577 and 220.591. Such bonds shall be construction\nsubdistrict bonds within the meaning of paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of KRS\n220.593.
