{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-221.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 221.030","heading":"Administration of chapter -- Administrative regulations -- Approval by","body":"Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction -- Hearings.\n(1) The cabinet, through its secretary or his or her authorized agents, shall have the\nauthority of supervising and enforcing the provisions of KRS 221.010 to 221.100.\n(2) The secretary may promulgate and enforce administrative regulations deemed\nnecessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of KRS 221.010 to\n221.100. Construction standards for buildings use d as frozen food locker plants\nshall be effective only if approved by the Department of Housing, Buildings and\nConstruction and included in the Uniform State Building Code.
