{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-222.271","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 222.271","heading":"Confidential record of treatment -- Rights of patient.","body":"(1) The administrator of each program shall keep a record of the treatment afforded\neach substance use disorder patient, which shall be confidential in accordance with\nadministrative regulations promulgated by the cabinet.\n(2) Any patient may have a physician retained by him examine him, consult privately\nwith his attorney, receive visitors, and send and receive communications by mail,\ntelephone, and telegraph. The communications shall not be censored or read without\nconsent of the patient.
