{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-222.421","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 222.421","heading":"Treatment for substance use disorder on request -- Priority access to","body":"licensed treatment services -- Statistical report.\n(1) Any person may request treatment from a physician or substance use disorder\nprogram licensed or approved by the cabinet  to provide substance use disorder\ntreatment services. Persons infected with HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C shall have\npriority access to any licensed treatment services.\n(2) Every substance use disorder program that provides intervention or treatment\nservices to a person with a substance use disorder or prevention programming to\nany persons in the community shall, upon request of the cabinet, make a statistical\nreport to the secretary, in a form and manner the secretary shall prescribe, of\npersons provided prevention, intervention, and treatment services during a specified\nperiod of time. The name or address of any person to whom prevention,\nintervention, or treatment services were provided shall not be reported.
